Does anyone know if an original Certificate of No Impediment can be apostilled without being notarised first in the uk , so basically can I go straight from the local registrars office with my new certificate to the FCO in London to get the apostle stamp ? Because an English notary stamp has no importance in Russia and it's costing close to £100 and slowing down the process .

Thanks all

I don't remember notarising my certificate of no impediment only went for Apostle... to FCO.

When in Russia translate the document then they will Notarise it there.

Sorry but it has been a long time since I did all that papers..... [sad.gif]
