I have to agree with his ending statement, there is no game called soccer so people should stop using the word! In England we have the FA (football association) because the game is called football (you do after all use your feet) so lets keep it that way!

I didnt realise Brazil had such a high Mexican population though!

Yea, but the problem with calling Soccer, Football is that the important sport also uses that name. Maybe just change Soccer/Football to "kickball" After all you can move the ball with more than your feet you just can't use your hands. I just have never been able to figure out how they manage to have riots in the stands over such a boring sport. [rolf.gif]

Sorry, but the namby pamby game played by padded up girlies has got nothing with sport. So how about either reverting to it's original name "Grid-Iron" or giving it it's proper name "PansyBall"l

Could you please explain me why a sport where players hardly use their feet for moving the object which has little resemblance to a ball.... Football ?
