The lovely island of Milos boasts more than 75 beaches; the round–island boat tour from Adamas stops off at some of the nicest ones. It is located west of Santorini and is the 5th largest of the Cyclades islands.

Spend the day on one of the superb beaches, where the classic love story Shirley Valentine was filmed. Tinos (Chora) is a typically beautiful Cycladic island. It is also a place of pilgrimage: the monastery of St Mary Evangelistria houses what’s believed to be a miracle–working icon of the Virgin Mary led to be the handywork of St Luke the Evangelist.
