That's a really great story wiz, I enjoyed reading it!! Is Kos Island in Greece?? I am assuming it is but not 100% sure. I would love to go there and experience that...

I also want to go to the city of Baden Baden in Germany and go to one of their sanitorium's for a check up and complete relaxing healthy type of vacation!!

Has anyone been to a Sanitorium in either Evpatoria or the ones near the Carpithian mountains in Ukraine?? I also hear that those are pretty good.

I've spent a lot of time in the Carpathian Mountains of Western Ukraine, in fact I will be there again in 2-3 weeks time, not at a Sanatorium although there are plenty up there, (supposedly very good places, many Ukrainians go for up to a month at a time) but up in the mountains staying in a Hotel we use in the middle of pine forests and rivers and streams, really healthy area, I love it there.

I will route out a few photos for you.

Here's a few for you Carpathian Mountains

EDIT I give up, resized them, but cannot get them to load, I keep getting this message

The image must be at least 0 pixels wide, 0 pixels high and at most 700 pixels wide and 0 pixels high. The submitted image is 1024 pixels wide and 768 pixels high.

How can it be 0 wide and 0 high?

My wife is from Evpatoria, i have personally stayed in the "Planeta" sanatorium and was impressed. They even sell their own bottled mineral water. (Good quality too!)

If you want to know more from that area of Ukraine, just ask.

Yes, Kos is a Greek island and I mentioned in my story, also changed the title above for you!.......... [wink.gif]

Chris

Why cheeky........? [sarcastic.gif]

Moby posted a photo on another thread from a "Christmas dinner", couple of years ago, where you were a little .... /sized, actually the same as when I met you! [tonque.gif]

I see, since you have been on the Ukrainian diet....... you have lost weight. [haha.gif]

You must be greatfull to the Ukrainian woman .... error..... Ira and her diet regime that keeps you healthy and trim, or is it because you work so hard? [very_funny.gif] [underchair.gif]

Last time we met, I was much slimmer, now I am Rolly Polly and that is why I said I better start walking on the treadmill! [tonque.gif]

The truth is I get a lot of nagging about my smoking and my weight.... so I have to do something about both.

[drinks.gif]

PS: When you resize photos always make sure the width is max 700 pix. and the Hight doesn't have a problem, as it adjusts automatically. [wink.gif]

Try again please. [thanks.gif]
