Rubi

[thanks.gif] for your advice...... as it happens I have already been to my doctor and asked for help and advice. I was referred to have a complete MOT (check up) to make sure my health is OK. Also have been referred to a specialist who will organise my exercising routine.... but unfortunately before I start I have to wait till my back feels better.

The other day I had a small accident, was running in the rain and fell down and my back had a good bump and hearts me like hell, so I have lying in bed all day and night. Today I feel slightly better and while I am having a coffee with sugar...... I take the opportunity to make some replies. That's life. [sad.gif]

All Greeks like eating bread, I don't eat that much pasta neither cakes..... but drink many coffees with sugar. Bad habit but can't drink coffee without sugar, I may have to cut down the number of cups I drink during the day and now I have started on fresh orange that I squiz my self......

One think for sure..... I am not going to exert myself.... at my age and will have to take the exersise easy..... and build up my strength. While I a doing that..... I may loose some kilos!

If I don't drink, have a smoke and a shag, how can I enjoy my life? [taunt2.gif]

Thats nothing Rubi,

The nutritional value of Coca-Cola that comes with a macdonalds medium menu (0.4L) is only 600 Calories almost pure sugar.

Don't know about wendies 'cause we dont have them in NL.

Mark.

Sorry to hear about your fall old chap, but with regards the above statement, its fairly easy really, quit the drinking and smoking and increase the shagging [underchair.gif] [sarcastic.gif]

Unfortunately this is why people get tricked into drinking Diet Coke which has Aspartame. Then instead of 600 calories they are ingesting pure poison. Between the two I would take the regular Coke with it's sugar, but really best to avoid both and just have unsweetened Iced Tea with a fresh lemon wedge. Squeeze the lemon wedge into your Tea. Fresh squeezed lemon juice is wonderful for your liver and kidneys.
