For a few days, when Hanna went to Russia ..... I had a problem with my back..... but now I feel much better and I look forward to our October Holiday in Kos, where we can go to the Spa waters..... there I become better and younger every time!

I am not a hypocrite and I am trying to stop smoking the easiest way, which means....... now I smoke 5-7 cigarettes a day where before I was smoking 30-40 a day.

I have tried the Cold turkey method..... and didn't worked for me.... so now I am reducing my smoking slowly... till one day, soon, I will stop completely.

Hanna is home and happy with my efforts, tomorrow going to the gym and hopefully, one day I will loose some killos..... too!

I discovered this video, terrible music, about the thermal waters in Kos that you have been talking about.

A bit of a long way to go but, as you say well worth it!



So when are you going again?

Just back from the gym and to answer your question we are going on the 1st of October for 7 days.

Hanna and I we will visit the Thermal waters every night between 19-30 - 21.00 when is the best temperature to go into the 50 +C waters at the end and near the sea side.
Near the spring..... it's nearly 100 C the temperature.

Meanwhile I have discovered another video with much better picture, unfortunately the writing is in Polish....... but it's very good.



I am sure when I am back I will feel much younger than I feel right now
