Now I just have to hope that South Florida doesn't decide to have a vote to be part of Cuba or S. California to be part of Mexico. Of course as far as Crimea goes I don't think there is a lot of doubt about the outcome. |

As Mark said, most Crimean people were Russian speakers and many had Russian passports, despite that the Ukrainian Constitution do not permit Dual Nationality! |
