Death of a Russian Bride

A report written by Andrewfi aka Andrew Wilson who lives in Estonia

"The Most Controversial Report
The Internet Marriage Business Has Seen!"

The End Is Coming!.

These are the Marketing claims made in an advertisement for the report
and there is also a video about this document, by him, on youTube.

He has been around these boards for many years and here are
some of his comments and statements in his video message.

  1. Russian Brides are dead.

  2. The business of matching of men and women from the former Soviet Union is dead and all involved are criminals.

  3. Men are been prosecuted by their Governments for their choice for seeking one on line through Russian Brides sites.

  4. It is a matter of time until all these international marriage sites are shut down.

I watched his video, which obviously appears to be nothing more than an advertisement for his site, and I wanted to read his report, so I followed the instructions on his advertising page, registered and confirmed my email etc BUT so far I have not been able to download and read this repost. I always get the 404 error report.

I send him a direct email and have to wait and see if he will reply to my query!
He may decide to reply here also in the open and he is welcome to do so. [biggrin.gif]

I wait and see his reply to my email. [smoke.gif]

So far only Andrew and Stuart have been successful in downloading the report. Everyone else has failed.

I watched the video but would rather read the report before I make any judgement.

So I am not the only one Turbo,
not been able to download his report........ [bad.gif]

I suspect he probably wants to allow Manny to post it first on his board, starting the ball rolling with a post there, before anybody else can read it! [wink.gif]

We just have to wait and see......if there is really a report or it's an email fishing exercise! [confused.gif]

I did manage to download it and just finished reading it.

I can't say there is much that isn't obvious to those of us who have followed this industry for a while and I can't say that I totally agree with his premis that the MOB business will not exist in a year or two. I do think little of it will be based in the USA for example European Connections was a 25 million dollar business based in Atlanta. Now it has been sold and is Canadian based.

I think as the economy in Russia improves there is less motivation for women to move but I do think it is still hard for women over 30 with a child or two to find a good husband and that still gives some motivation to seek a husband elsewhere. I think there are still places like South America and Asia where the MOB business won't be as affected by improving economy. Personally I don't think the MOB business in Russia and the FSU will be gone in a year or two but I do think it will decline.

He has been declaring the business dead for as long as I know.

The business as we know it now will be dead in a fe years, but it will be replaced by other forms, just as the original agencies based on letter (hand) writing died out when e-mail became widely available.

The international dating scene however will remain, but as a more equal playing field.

That is what he advertises:

Grab your Free 'Death of a Russian Bride' report before
it is too late and you lose this controversial information forever!

Well finally this afternoon, I managed to download this report and it is very clear that other people too were unable to download the report, so he had to take some action.

To be honest, while trying to register and download the report, I got the impression that his tactics are nothing more than phising for the email addresses for other marketing purposes. He denied that on RUA but only time will tell, if that is his purpose, so better use a disposable address to make the download.

Reading his report, which is mainly directed to the USA audience and MOB marketeers it is nothing new from what he has been posting for a very long time on these board and not of any use to European people. The IMBRA law doesn't affect the Europeans or anybody else apart from the Americans'.

I do not agree with his views that the international dating scene for Russian women will be dead in a couple of years but probably more difficult for the American's due to the financial circumstances and costs involved. Men and women will always look to find a partner and as now we travel so widely we have no problem marrying somebody from another country and especially from Russia or the FSU.

The MOB business has evolved over the years, despite the IMBRA Law in USA, which appears to getting stricter and invading more the American men's private live's. The billion dollars dating business companies will still find different solutions to avoid falling foul of the law.

At the end of the 21 pages report, on page 19, becomes very clear the purpose of this report. [wink.gif]

He is working on new ideas, which will email to us, who signed to download his first report, and will introduce later, when he finish writing it.

I expect most probably a new internet Dating co-operation with his friend Manny! [wink.gif] [lol.gif]

On line Dating is a Billion Dollar Business and is not going away!

The men seeking a bride in the new regime will have greater choice of women, better control of their own destiny .........etc
Have faith. There is a solution.

And then notifies the reader (you) that as you have registered..... he will notify you when he finish writing the follow up! [wink.gif] [biggrin.gif]

I had no problem downloading the 'report' (may be I got to it later) .. just with the some of the whacky conclusions based on dubious data sources..

How this could be expected to earn money eludes me..

A very unfriendly response from Andrewfi

In my original post, I have already said that I emailed Andrew about the download problem yesterday morning and later in the afternoon he replied to me, in very "unfriendly manner": [sad.gif]
Hi Yannis,

I just wanted to confirm for you that you do NOT have permission to
repost anything written by myself, including but not limited to 'Death
of a Russian Bride' on any website, forum blog or other means.

Death of a Russian Bride is a copyright document and I will be taking
steps to protect it.

then please go to http:************.com and register to receive the document there.
I will happily pay you $1 for each confirmed
registration to download the document coming from an affiliate link in
your account.
Highlighted by me!

Best wishes,

Andrew Wilson.
He CC the above to few emails addresses of mine, (mostly incorrect ones) obviously supplied to him by his close friend Arthur Daley (Stuart). [lol.gif]

So I replied to him as follows:

Hi Andrew

  1. I have no intention of posting anything of your copywrited document on my board RWF.

  2. If you have any objections for my post and the link to your Video on youtube, regarding your document, then let me know and I will delete the link and my comments, which in reality is a FREE publicity for you.

  3. Thank you for the offer of $1 for every email that I will supply you but I am not that desperate. I let people to make their own choices.

  4. I am sure you realise that you can't stop either myself or my members from discussing your document and expressing our views on my board!

  5. If you disagree with our comments you are welcome to join RWF and reply to our comments....... if your friend Stuart permits you! [lol.gif]

I hope I have made my position clear like you did on this matter and it's up to you what to do next.

Best wishes
Later in the evening, having read his document "Death of the Russian Bride" I come to understand that his document was nothing more than a pre-ample publicity for some new Internet Dating idea therefore any links here were Breaking our TOS, so I amended the Original Post and deleted the Link to his Video,....... leading to his site.

The British say: "Cutting your nose to spite your face!" and this is exactly what our friend Andrew and his "friend and partner" Arthur Daley are doing when it comes to FREE publicity! [lol.gif] [lol.gif] [lol.gif]

Some additional Information, for you to know!

Few days ago I took a look at my old posts on RUA and discovered added on my signature a link to: Internet Dating and Relationship Forums. This link leads to a new board: freedatingforums ....... run obviously by somebody, called JR and its appearance is identical to the new style of RUA. It is pretty obvious who JR is and of course one of his first members is our friend Moby! [surprised.gif] ... Not surprised really because I always knew, as stated by him publicly here, that Arthur Daley and Moby are "socialising" and it's apparently clear why Arthur Daley let's him run freely on his board [lol.gif], ........ so I will let you use the WHOIS to discover who is is behind it, if you can! [sarcastic.gif]

Firstly let me categorically state that I have NOTHING to do with that link on my signature on RUA! [sad.gif]

May I also ask you, as you know I am banned fro RUA, who has access and the authority to add "surreptitiously" such link on my signature there and for what purpose? [angry.gif]

Take a look at certain posts on RUA and also at that blog "The Real Deal", notice the large advertisements about Andrew's Document........ and you will know what is coming next! .[sarcastic.gif]

I stated clearly without making any accusations or assumptions, like many poster on RUA, that firstly I could not download the report but later in the afternoon I did!

Andrew only knows what went wrong with the downloading, in the morning!

As bout the money side..... obviously you can't read, when you registered and asked to sent an email........ it was clearly an affiliate member! [tonque.gif]

Dissapointing. I thought it was about Nina Reiser when I saw the headlines.

Twenty one pages of usual waffle that we all know already directed to the American market and not applying to European and other Nationalities men who want to marry a Russian or foreign woman.

The document, a five minute read, it's nothing more than a trick to collect emails for future marketing purpose.
