• You may not link, in any manner, to sites or images containing pornography, sexually explicit or violent material, or material deemed by moderators to be detrimental to the community.
  
  
• Links in signatures to personal sites are fine, but not to Commercial business for Dating or Marriage agency sites. You can't post the names or provide a link to these sites without prior approval of the administration and approval will be given ONLY to regular contributing members.
  
  
• Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed.
  
  
• Moderators exist to help keep the forum friendly, active and safe. We value our Moderators highly and could not do our job without them. Please treat them with respect.
  
  
• Violations of these TOS may result in the suspension of a member's posting privileges and/or banning.

Many (3rd party) pictures, videos, graphics and illustrations used on the Russian World Forums (RWF), were collected online (e.g. via Google Image Search), but copyrights still are reserved for those who created them.

If you believe some of them may infringe your copyright and don't want them to appear on the Russian World Forums (RWF), please contact the administration admin@russianworldforums.com and we will delete them on demand, as soon as possible.

Over a month ago a suggestion was made to the Administration of the board, by our member Markje for some small changes to our rules governing the posting of Copyrighted and other intellectual material on the board. For over a month, now, a consultation has taken place between several senior and active members of the board and finally we have the final wording in full agreement to the new proposed changes.


Old version of TOS:

"When posting on the Russian World Forums, the original copyright remains with you but you agree that by posting any images, intellectual or other copyrighted material and information anywhere on the site you are granting automatically the Russian World Forums a perpetual, royalty-free and irrevocable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, transfer, and sell such material and to use your name and other identifying information you provide in connection with the said intellectual and other copyrighted material."

The New Proposed version of TOS:

"When posting on the Russian World Forums, the original copyright remains with you but you agree that by posting any images , links to images, intellectual or other copyrighted material and information of yours, anywhere on the site you are granting automatically Russian World Forums a perpetual, royalty-free and irrevocable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, and to use your name and other identifying information you provide in connection with the said intellectual and other copyrighted material."

The above proposed changes will come to immediate effect at 00.01 GMT after midnight tonight 31 December 2010 time and by registering an account or login on the board you indicate your acceptance to the above proposed new changes.
